After a quiet start to 2025, the ABS and ABS Air Safety Foundation (ASF) event season is definitely in full swing. Following great accolades following the inaugural owner maintenance focused BPPP Live format last year in Phoenix, Arizona, ABS members converged in Peachtree City, Georgia (KFFC). Almost 60 ABS members enjoyed content and conversation with Beechcraft® experts Bob Ripley, ABS Senior Technical Advisor, and Chuck Cook, Continental engine specialist. Attendees received information about doing better preflight inspections, maintaining airplane and engine logbooks, and what legally you are and are not allowed to do for owner maintenance of your airplane.
